Delivery times can be seen on the individual product page on our website. Are you ordering multiple items? Then count on the shipping time of the product with the longest shipping time. We like to deliver our furniture together to save the environment and our logistics colleagues as much as possible.

After you have placed your order, you can always check the delivery date on your account page.

All our shipping terms for all products are listed on the product page. For furniture, we ask that you pay in full before we schedule your delivery appointment.

If products are in stock, the following applies:

- Shipping: Products we have in stock will be shipped from our warehouse in Antwerp within 14 days

- Pick up: Products we have in stock will be prepared within 14 days from our warehouse in Antwerp.

If products are not in stock, the following applies:

The delivery time indicated on our webshop is the expected time in which we will receive the item at our warehouse in Antwerp. So pay attention! This term does not mean that you will receive the item on exactly that day. We first have to prepare it from our warehouse.

We don’t offer installation or on-site assembly for furniture or bathroom items.
But no worries — we make sure that assembly is as easy as possible.

Our furniture is designed with user-friendliness in mind.
Many items arrive mostly pre-assembled, so only minimal steps are needed on your end.

🪑 Tables
Our tables are delivered in two parts: the tabletop and the base.
You will need to attach them yourself. Assembly is simple and only takes a few steps.

🪑 Dining chairs
Some of our dining chairs come in two parts: the seat and the frame.
In that case, you’ll need to attach the seat to the base using the included screws and a clear instruction manual.

🧱 Cabinets
We offer two types of cabinets:

  • Some are delivered flatpack, which means full self-assembly is required — just like DIY furniture.

  • Others are delivered fully assembled, except for the legs, which you’ll need to attach yourself.

For every product that requires (partial) assembly, you’ll receive:

  • A clear manual

  • A technical drawing

  • And often a helpful instruction video link

MicroSkin:

  • Luxurious finish with 7 to 9 layers of MicroSkin (mortex) applied to MDF wood

  • Organic, natural look with subtle color variations

  • Available in 2 colors: Latte and Cloudy Latte

StoneSkin:

  • Painted/coated finish on MDF wood

  • More affordable alternative to MicroSkin, but without the same look and feel

Yes, absolutely! At Furnified, you can have your bathroom countertop custom-made with cut-outs for a tap, washbasin, or siphon. Simply use our template page: Custom Cut-Out Templates.

Download the correct template, fill in the form, and send us the exact positions of the cut-outs. This way, we ensure your bathroom top fits your setup perfectly.

At Furnified, you can pay safely and easily using the following payment methods:

Prefer to pay by bank transfer? No problem! Simply email your order to info@furnified.com and we’ll send you an invoice with all payment details.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to request samples or swatches to take home.

Good news: you can view all our materials and colours in any of our stores. You'll find them on finished products as well as on sample boards available in-store. These samples are for in-store viewing only and cannot be taken home.

Pickup & Shipping

You can choose to pick up your order at our collection point in Antwerp.
This pick-up point is located just a 15-minute drive from our showroom on Solvynsstraat.

Important: our logistics team will always send you an email with the pick-up location details.
If you haven’t received this email yet, your order is not yet ready for collection.

Accessibility of the Delivery Location
If the delivery address you provide is difficult to access for any reason (e.g. narrow or unpaved roads, limited access, steep slopes, obstacles, or other special conditions), we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees. These additional fees may include, for example, longer transport times, use of special equipment, extra manpower, detours, or other additional (physical or logistical) efforts. The fees will always be equal to the actual cost charged by our transport partner. Please inform us, in advance of the delivery date, of any particular circumstances regarding the accessibility of the location so that we can avoid possible issues on the day of delivery.

🚚 Delivery of large furniture items

Have you ordered a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa, cabinet or large table?
We ensure it is delivered to you safely and with care.
To guarantee this, we handle these deliveries ourselves using our in-house transport service.

We will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.

🏠 Threshold delivery

We always deliver to the first door of the building.

Unfortunately, delivery to upper floors is not possible – our drivers do not carry a moving lift.
Please make sure there are enough helping hands available when your order arrives.
Large furniture items such as tables, sofas or cabinets may be delivered on a pallet. This pallet will remain with you so that our drivers can deliver quickly and safely without extra handling.
⚠️ Note: You must keep the pallet in case you wish to return the item.

🔎 Tip: Measure your staircase or doorways in advance to avoid any delivery surprises.

📦 Delivery of smaller items

Smaller packages are delivered via Bpost, PostNL or DHL, following the standard procedures of these parcel services.

🌍 Delivery outside Belgium and the Netherlands

Do you live outside Belgium or the Netherlands?
Then your order will be delivered by an external logistics partner.
These deliveries are not handled by us directly, but are carefully tracked via our partner.

Return Policy

Of course, after contacting customer service at info@furnified.com, all products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Once products arrive in our warehouse, they are inspected. If they are undamaged, we can refund the purchase price. This refund is usually made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For more information, please see our returns policy.

Would you like to return an item because it wasn’t quite what you expected?
No problem! In that case, return costs will be charged. Below you’ll find an overview of the costs per item.

Prefer to return the item yourself to our warehouse in Antwerp?
Then the return is free of charge. Please note: even when returning in person, the return must always be registered in advance.

All our products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with European regulations.

If there’s a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product or the defective part.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer fully custom-made furniture.
However, we do have customizable bathroom furniture sets, consisting of a base cabinet, countertop, and sink – always in line with the latest trends.
All our bathroom items are also available separately, so you can mix & match to your heart’s content.

Marble:
The veining in our marble pieces may vary slightly from the photos on our website, as marble is a natural material and each piece is unique.

MicroSkin:
This is a handcrafted product, which means the patterns can differ slightly from item to item. This variation is due to the use of 9 individually applied layers of MicroSkin.

StoneSkin:
Just like MicroSkin, StoneSkin is a material that is hand-applied to the surface of each product. As a result, patterns and textures may vary slightly between items.

Marble is a beautiful but natural and porous material. That means it’s sensitive to oils, acids, and temperature changes. Liquids can easily seep into the surface — especially in humid environments like the bathroom.

To prevent this, all our marble products come pre-treated with a grease- and stain-resistant protective coating. This layer makes it harder for oils and liquids to penetrate the stone.

⚠️ Note: This protective layer will gradually wear off over time. For long-lasting results, we recommend reapplying the treatment twice a year.

💧 Recommended care product
Furnified recommends its own product: Vlekkenstopper Pearleffect.
This is a premium impregnation solution with excellent stain resistance and a strong water-repellent effect.
It begins to work after just 10 to 20 minutes.

🧽 How to use:

  1. Clean the marble thoroughly using water.

  2. Let the surface dry completely.

  3. Apply the care product evenly.

💡 Important: This protective layer guards against stains and splashes, but not against extreme heat or cold. Always use coasters or placemats for hot or cold items.

🔍 Always test the product on a discreet area first to check how your marble surface reacts.

Travertine is a stunning natural stone with warm, character-rich tones.
To preserve its natural beauty, it’s important to clean the material properly and protect it against stains or damage.

🧼 Step 1: Cleaning your travertine furniture

Before you begin treatment:

  • Thoroughly clean the surface with a soft cloth or gentle brush.

  • Carefully remove any dust or debris.

  • Avoid abrasive cleaners, as they can damage or dull the surface.


💧 Step 2: Applying the Anti-Stain Pearl

Follow these steps for safe and effective protection:

  • Shake the bottle well to ensure the ingredients are mixed.

  • Test on a small, hidden area first to confirm the desired effect.

  • Apply the product evenly using a soft cloth or sponge.

  • Allow it to absorb according to the instructions on the packaging.

  • Wipe off any excess product with a dry cloth before it dries completely.

  • Clean regularly with a mild cleaner and a soft cloth.

  • Avoid using harsh products or stiff brushes.

  • Reapply the treatment every few months, depending on usage and exposure to water or dirt.

A terrazzo tabletop has a playful and distinctive look thanks to the natural, lime-based stone chips.
Because it is delivered untreated, regular maintenance is essential to keep it beautiful and protect it from stains.

🧴 Basic cleaning with natural (green) soap
We recommend cleaning your terrazzo table regularly with natural green soap. This type of soap nourishes the surface during each cleaning:

  • In the beginning: clean once a week with a new tabletop.

  • Later: once a month is sufficient.

This creates a gradual protective layer that helps repel dirt and stains.

Extra protection with natural stone wax
In addition to regular cleaning, we advise treating your terrazzo table 3 to 4 times per year with a dedicated stone wax. This provides:

  • An extra protective coating

  • A subtle, elegant shine

⚠️ Make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying the wax.

Important tips

  • Never use acidic or aggressive cleaning products – terrazzo is lime-based and sensitive to acid.

  • Also be cautious with natural acids found in food, such as:

    • Lemons

    • Oranges

    • Wine

    • Vinegar

These can cause permanent stains or discoloration.

Our leather furniture is made from high-quality aniline leather – a natural, luxurious material that develops a unique lived-in look over time.
Because the leather is dyed in the grain and only lightly finished, it is more vulnerable to external influences such as grease, sunlight, and air.

At delivery, the leather is lightly pre-treated against stains and grease, but long-term protection requires regular care.


🧴 Treatment with colorless leather cream
To keep your leather soft, beautiful and stain-resistant, we recommend treating it 2 to 3 times per year with a colorless leather cream or conditioner.

  • Apply the cream evenly with a soft cloth.

  • Gently rub it in to allow the product to absorb properly.

  • This treatment reduces the absorption of grease and dirt and helps the leather stay supple.

Suitable products are widely available online or at DIY and home stores.

⚠️ Note: this treatment does not restore color to the leather – it is purely protective, not for recoloring.


🌞 Natural patina & color evolution
Aniline leather is an open-pore material, meaning it reacts to its environment.
Over time, you may see signs of use, slight discoloration or a soft patina appear.

This natural evolution is completely normal and part of the authentic charm of this type of leather – giving your furniture a distinctive and beautifully aged look.

(Veneer)wood is a natural material, and each piece is unique in colour, grain, and pattern. As a result, your bathroom cabinet may differ slightly from the images on our website or showroom models.

The direction of the wood grain may also vary – some fronts have horizontal grains, others vertical. This variation is part of what makes each piece unique and adds to the charm of real wood.

We always carefully select materials that fit the overall look of our collection, but small differences are perfectly normal.
