What does our threshold delivery entail?

Delivery by appointment

We always contact you for large furniture deliveries. This way we know you are home.

Up to the front door

We count on you for the installation in your home. We do not provide an assembly and unpacking service.

Do you provide extra hands?

So that your furniture ends up in its unique place in your home in a pleasant and safe way.

We are happy to deliver ourselves

Directly from us to you. 

We try to deliver our furniture ourselves. We have quite a bit of experience and expertise regarding furniture deliveries. We simply prefer to do things ourselves. We call you, schedule our delivery, so you have the certainty to receive your furniture that day when you are home.

Do you live really far off the direction of our delivery route? Then we will collaborate with partners for your furniture delivery. They will also make an appointment with you.

Delivery up to the door

We deliver up to the first front door. We kindly ask you to provide extra helping hands. We do not have a furniture lift, etc., you need to provide this yourself if necessary. This way, with help, you can give your unique piece of furniture a unique place. 

Our service for threshold delivery means that we deliver at the doorstep of the house.

Do you live in an apartment? Then we do not deliver to a floor. It is best to provide a ladder lift/helping hands yourself for this.

XL packages? Delivery including pallet

For large tables, sofas, and cabinets, we sometimes also deliver on a pallet. This pallet stays with your furniture at your place. This is necessary to keep our routes running smoothly without overburdening our drivers. 

Small packages? Bpost/PostNL will deliver

That's also the most cost-effective delivery method for you. If you chose an accessory or a smaller package, we simply send the package with the mail carrier.

Accessibility of the delivery location

If the delivery destination you provided is difficult to reach for any reason (e.g., narrow or unpaved roads, limited access, steep slopes, obstacles, or other special circumstances), we reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs. These extra costs may relate to longer transport times, use of special equipment, extra manpower, detours, or other additional (physical or logistical) efforts. The costs will always be equal to the actual cost charged by our transport partner. You are requested to inform us as fully as possible about any special circumstances regarding the accessibility of the location before the delivery date, so we can prevent possible problems on the delivery day.
