Your role
As the first physical point of contact for our brand, you are the face of the showroom. You are part of the sales team with extra responsibilities under the leadership of our overall showroom manager, Jana. Responsibilities:
- opening and closing the showroom;
- welcoming, advising, and guiding customers in their interior choices;
- active selling: detecting needs, persuading, cross- and upselling;
- processing orders and payments correctly (cash register/order flow);
- ensuring an attractive presentation: displays, restocking, layout, order & cleanliness;

(in consultation) deployable in our showrooms in Antwerp, Knokke, and the Netherlands when needed.

You ensure a well-organized schedule, coordinate between the different showrooms, and ensure smooth staffing, even when you work in another showroom;

monitoring in-store material stock;
Depending on workload, you also take on sales support tasks:
- responding to customer emails (product questions, quotes, after-sales);
- telephone: follow-up, inquiries, reservations;
- managing messages via social media (chat, Instagram/Facebook): answering questions and forwarding leads;

smooth coordination with colleagues for a flawless sales process.
You bring
- you are enthusiastic, friendly, and communicative: you dare to talk, inspire, and persuade;
- you are commercial, customer- and result-oriented;
- languages: fluent Dutch (required); French/English is a plus

experience in sales/retail is a plus; motivation and attitude count the most.

having a driver’s license is a plus.
