All our goods can either be collected or delivered FREE of charge. The delivery costs are as follows:
Belgium Netherlands

- Furniture delivery small € 29
- Furniture delivery (Goods delivery 31.5-101 kg ) € 85
- Furniture delivery (Goods delivery + 101 kg ). € 99
- Microskin dining tables € 150

Free collection in Antwerp or Amsterdam
We always send you an email with the details about the pick-up location. If you have not yet received this e-mail, the order will not yet be prepared for collection
We offer you the possibility to collect your products from our pick-up points in Antwerp and in Amsterdam:
- Amsterdam: Scannerstraat 7, 1033 RV Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
- Antwerp: Merantistraat, 2030, Belgium.
Opening hours Pick-Up Points
Collections in Antwerp are always possible from Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 4:30 pm, the collection point is closed on Sundays and Saturdays.
Collections in Amsterdam are always possible on Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, the collection point is closed on Sundays.
Are you unsure about the size of your car? Feel free to contact us and we will check whether a product will fit your car. You are responsible for loading your car yourself. So provide enough helping hands.
How is your shipment?
Directly from us to you, delivery by appointment.
We try to deliver most of our deliveries ourselves where possible. We have the most experience and expertise in furniture deliveries. We simply prefer to do things ourselves. We call you, schedule our delivery, so you have the certainty of receiving your furniture that day.
Do you live too far for our own suppliers? Then we work together with delivery partners. They also make an appointment.
Delivery to the door
Our suppliers deliver to the door, because we want to give our furniture a unique place in your home, we would like to ask you to provide extra helping hands. This way, with help, you can also give your unique piece of furniture a unique place.
Small packages? PostNL will deliver
That is also the cheapest delivery method for you. If you opted for an accessory or a smaller package, we will simply send the package with the postman.
What are your delivery times?
- Products that we have in stock are delivered within 14 days, unless stated otherwise.

We always do our utmost to get your delivery to you on time. the shipping period of the products is stated on the product page.
- Please note that this is the shipping period. that is, a product leaves our warehouse in Antwerp within two weeks.
Can I adjust my order?
- If your order has not yet been processed, we can probably still adjust this. In any case, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible via email: info@furnified.com
Can I return my order?

All products can be returned within a period of 14 days after delivery.

All products must be returned in their original packaging (as far as possible). If this is not possible, we would like to ask you to package the product sufficiently and properly so that the product reaches us again in the condition in which it was delivered to you. Unless otherwise agreed, returns are at the customer's risk. You can use our returns service, please contact info@furnified.com. The costs for the return shipment will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be checked. If there is no damage, we can refund the purchase amount + the delivery costs (possibly minus the return costs). This is done within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
